Aim:

Objectives:
To promote a deeper understanding of human person and evoke authentic commitment to Evangelical discipleship today and living it out radically in the consecrated religious life through:

• Giving finishing touches to personal growth and mature integration.

• Deepening one’s personal commitment to Christ by an in-depth study of bible and theology.

• Learning the art of loving and living in faith with courses on foundation and facets of spiritual life.

• Reflecting on Indian and other Non-Christian world views and spiritual insights.

• Initiating into the art of counseling and helping ministry.

• Acquainting with methods of prayer and contemplation.

• Involving in the liturgical animation and community building.

• Making use of opportunities for spiritual direction and evolving realistic life project.

• Participating in the live-in community experience.

• Preparing effectively for the eventual administrative, formative or pioneer pastoral ministry.
